Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or engaging with us for your corporate, hospitality, or commercial projects. By accessing our services, you explicitly agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Scope of Agreement & Definitions
These terms apply to all visitors, clients, corporate representatives, and hotel operators who engage with the Company for quotations, design, or furniture manufacturing services. "Products" encompass all furniture, doors, wooden panels, and any other millwork manufactured by us according to client specifications.
2. Made-to-Order (B2B) Manufacturing & Technical Specs
- As a factory focused on the B2B sector, all our products are strictly Made-to-Order based on the client's specific requirements. We do not maintain standard off-the-shelf inventory.
- Due to the inherent nature of natural wood and raw materials, slight variations in color tone, grain pattern, or texture may occur between the provided samples and the final product. This is a hallmark of natural materials and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
- The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all Shop Drawings and written technical specifications prior to the commencement of production.
3. Quotations and Pricing
- All quotations issued by our company are valid for 14 days from the date of issue, unless expressly stated otherwise, due to fluctuations in global raw material prices.
- Prices quoted are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless explicitly specified in writing.
- The currency of the transaction (typically EGP or USD for international projects) will be clearly defined in the official quotation.
4. Purchase Orders and Payment Terms
- A Purchase Order (PO) or contract is only considered active upon the mutual signing of the agreement and the receipt of the agreed Advance Payment (typically 50% of the total contract value).
- Because products are custom-manufactured, orders cannot be canceled and advance payments are non-refundable once raw material procurement or manufacturing has commenced.
- Subsequent payments must be settled according to the milestone schedule outlined in the contract. Final handover of products will not occur until all outstanding dues are cleared.
5. Production, Delivery, and Installation Lead Times
- The production Lead Time begins from the date of receiving the advance payment AND the final approval of shop drawings, not solely from the contract signing date.
- We are committed to delivering projects on schedule, excluding instances of Force Majeure (e.g., delays in global shipping of specified raw materials, or natural disasters).
- If the contract includes installation services, the client must ensure the site (hotel, corporate office, etc.) is fully prepared, secure, and has stable electricity prior to the arrival of our installation teams. Delays caused by site unreadiness may incur additional storage and mobilization fees.
6. Extended Warranty & Quality Policy
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and offer a comprehensive warranty of 3 to 5 years (depending on the product and project type) against manufacturing or material defects.
- The warranty covers structural integrity, joint failures, and defects in mechanical hardware (hinges, drawer slides).
- The warranty strictly excludes: Damage resulting from misuse, vandalism, improper cleaning using abrasive chemicals, natural disasters, or any unauthorized alterations made by third parties.
7. Intellectual Property and Designs
A2Z Furniture retains all intellectual property rights to the engineering designs, 3D renderings, and shop drawings we produce, unless explicitly transferred via a written agreement. The client may not share these proprietary designs with competing manufacturers.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms or project execution shall be resolved amicably; failing which, the competent Egyptian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
